Overview

Cancellation and account deletion are separate. Billing shows the cancellation action appropriate to the current subscription or trial.

Read the confirmation for the effective end date and remaining access. Do not infer refund eligibility from cancellation alone.

Steps

  1. Open Billing for the account being charged.
  2. Choose Cancel trial or Manage subscription, as shown for your status.
  3. Complete the cancellation flow and confirm it.
  4. Return to Billing to check the cancellation state and access date.
  5. Keep the confirmation for your records.

Important details

Keep in mind

Closing the browser, deleting site data, or signing out does not cancel recurring billing.
