Request account deletion

Overview

Account deletion is separate from signing out, clearing browser data, and canceling a subscription. Use the dedicated account-deletion control in Settings.

Read the confirmation carefully. Export information you need before proceeding, and review your subscription in Billing separately.

Steps

1. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Open Settings and locate the account-deletion section.
3. Review the notice and download any personal-data export you need.
4. Follow the confirmation instructions shown by the deletion control.
5. Check the resulting status in Settings. If the interface offers cancellation of a pending request, use that control when appropriate.
