Confirm the official name used on your certificates.

Overview
In Practisi, the Name verification card starts the identity-verification flow. It is not a separate self-declared name form: the approved identity establishes the official certificate recipient.
The card in Settings displays whether your name is verified. Display names and usernames do not replace the official verified name.
Steps
- Sign in and open Settings, then Profile.
- Find Name verification and select Verify identity.
- Review the first and last name requested by the verification page.
- Continue into the Persona verification flow and follow the instructions.
- Return to Practisi and check the verification status.
Important details
Keep in mind
Use your official name as it appears on the document accepted by the verification flow. A pending inquiry is not an approval.
