Overview
An incomplete, pending, failed, or revoked status needs attention before a credential can be treated as issued. The application’s saved status is authoritative.
Camera and connection problems can prevent a Persona inquiry from completing. A successful document upload alone does not guarantee a final approval.
Steps
- Open Certificates and note the requirement or status shown.
- Check Name verification in Settings.
- If an inquiry is still pending, return to its verification flow and complete any remaining prompts.
- For camera issues, enable camera access in the browser and try again with good lighting.
- Return to Practisi and refresh the status after the inquiry finishes.
Important details
Keep in mind
Follow Persona’s current requirements instead of a fixed country-specific ID list. Do not send identity photos through chat or help feedback.
