Overview
Ask Practisi is available from the sparkle control in the application and public website. It can explain the product, courses, access, and navigation.
The public website uses the application session for account-aware actions when you are signed in. A guest conversation is not proof of enrollment or payment.
Steps
- Select the sparkle icon in the header.
- Ask a clear question about Practisi or the page you are using.
- Read the response and follow a relevant link or action.
- Use history to return to a conversation when available.
- Close the panel or click outside it to return to the page.
