Overview

Password recovery starts from the sign-in form. The recovery link is sent to the address you enter; Practisi does not reveal your existing password.

Open the newest recovery email and complete the password-reset form in the browser.

Steps

  1. Open Sign in and select Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address used for your Practisi account and submit the request.
  3. Check your inbox and spam folder for the recovery email.
  4. Open the link, enter a new password that meets the form’s requirements, and save it.
  5. Return to Sign in and use the new password.

Important details

Keep in mind

If a link has expired or has already been used, request a new one. Do not share recovery links.
